This dinner has a very unique twist that you will ONLY discover once you are seated and ready for lift off!
The courses are:
1) Venison, chow chow, lavender cotton candy
2) Lentil pierogi, bacon, peas, caramelized onion jus
3) Brussels sprout salad, sweet pickled blueberries, feta, walnuts, orange rosemary vinaigrette
4) Wolffish, asparagus, radish, pernod beurre blanc
5) Porked: Three Ways
6) Banana “Pudding”
